Elgin Nursery & Tree Farm Guarantee

GUARANTEE POLICY
Plant warranty is applied for 1 year when following recommended planting and watering procedures from our sales associates.  We will gladly replace, exchange or offer a refund (ONLY WITH A RECEIPT).  Warranty covers plants only; labor and delivery costs are not covered. Annuals, Vegetables, Tropical Fruits, Bareroot, and Replacement plant(s) are not warranteed. Elgin Nursery and Tree Farm reserves the right to revive the plant before replacement may be necessary.

No warranty against Acts of Nature (Wind, Storms, Frost, Freeze, Flood, Drought, etc.).

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TREE STAKING DUE TO ACTS OF NATURE.
