Description

Grapes need full sun and ample water.  They will do well in most soils.  The vines require 5 – 7 years from planting to first harvest, but can live and thrive 50 – 100 years when properly cared for.  Vines should be trained and pruned once established.  Some popular varieties are Flame Seedless, Thompson Seedless, and Princess.  Flame Seedless produce large clusters of red grapes with a sweet flavor.  Thompson is everyone’s favorite seedless table grape.  They are pale green with a very sweet flavor.  Princess is a mid-to-late season white seedless table grape with a nice sweet flavor.
