Description

There are several varieties of this shrub. The large flowers last a day or two, but are produced in abundance most of the year.  Hibiscus do well with full sun in cooler climates, but partial shade or afternoon shade would be better for the hot summers in Phoenix.  They are a tropical plant averaging anywhere from 3 ft. to 10 ft, in colors of white, red, pink, yellow, or orange, depending on the variety.  Pictures of the Kona, Santana, San Marcos, and Rose of Sharon Hibiscus are included.
