Thyme will grow 6 to 12 inches high.  You can plant it in gardens, line a garden wall with it, edge your walkway with the plants, or grow it in indoor containers year round.  In foods, thyme is used as a flavoring agent.  It is used medically for respiratory and intestinal ailments, as well as arthritis.  There are many health benefits from the vitamins and minerals found in thyme.
